Austin Johnson is the founder of Generational Growth, a mission-driven platform built to help disciplined wealth builders achieve financial freedom through Infinite Banking and private wealth systems.
A former West Point Army engineering officer, Austin brings structure, integrity, and purpose to the complex world of finance. His mission, to grow and give with abundance, drives every aspect of Generational Growth. Inspired by Viktor Frankl’s philosophy of meaning and the Rockefeller family’s model of multigenerational stewardship, Austin applies a mindset of precision philanthropy: creating systems that multiply good beyond wealth itself. Generational Growth is a proud veteran owned business and ties in Veterans to its philanthropic core.
Through the Generational Growth Vault, he distills principles of ownership, cash-flow control, and legacy design into practical strategies that help others reclaim agency over their financial lives. His personal goal is to extend that same empowerment to the martial arts and disabled communities, channeling capital, education, and opportunity toward causes that cultivate resilience, discipline, and dignity.
When not building strategies or teaching clients, you’ll find him training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mentoring others, and refining his own systems for growth with the same focus and intention he helps others develop.
